SERVICES
D-Wallet is a non-custodial digital wallet, meaning that you are solely responsible for your digital assets and private keys. You agree to assume all risks associated with managing your digital assets, and D-Wallet has no control over the transactions you make.

DIGITAL ASSET TRANSACTIONS
To complete digital asset transactions, they must be confirmed and recorded on the corresponding public blockchain. You agree that D-Wallet has no control over blockchain networks and cannot guarantee confirmation of your transactions.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Services. D-Wallet is not responsible for errors or omissions you make in transactions.

WALLET REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You must create or import a wallet to use D-Wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your private key and recovery phrase. D-Wallet does not have access to this information and cannot assist you in recovering your wallet if you lose your private key.

TRANSACTION FEES
There may be fees associated with digital asset transactions made through D-Wallet. You agree that D-Wallet is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrectly set fees or insufficient funds.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D-Wallet will not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Services, including losses due to user errors, server failures, or unauthorized activities.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any dispute related to the use of the Services will be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.
